Summer Checklist

As the heat arrives, keep an eye on your tire pressure. Summer warmth causes air to expand, which can raise the PSI inside your tires. You’ll also need to make sure your AC is in great shape. 

Summer is often a time for vacations and road trips, so make sure you change the oil and check all essential vehicle fluids. You’ll also want to have your brakes inspected, and your tires rotated and aligned, before any long journeys.

Fall Checklist

The nights are now getting longer, so also check your headlights and taillights, replacing any faltering bulbs. Winter Checklist

The toughest season on cars is winter. Just before the cold months start, change to winter tires for safer traction on icy road surfaces. Pay extra attention to your tires during winter as the cold can cause the air pressure inside them to contract.

This kit should include a blanket, flashlight, ice scraper, flares, first aid kit, jumper cables, gloves, warm jacket, food, and water, among other things. Spring Checklist 

With winter passed, you’ll need to change your tires and windshield wipers back to suitable ones for warmer weather. Have your car thoroughly inspected for signs of winter wear and tear, including a full diagnostic test and engine tune-up. You’ll likely need to replace the air filters for both the engine and cabin. And the bodywork may need a fresh layer of wax.
