The 2025 Ford Bronco radiates confidence. Why wouldn’t it? After more than 60 years of climbing, crawling, and charging through the unknown, it’s got nothing to prove, just places to conquer. And if you’ve been looking to make one yours, get ready for a ride that lives up to the name.

Introducing the 2025 Ford Bronco

More Ways to Make It Yours

An adventure machine should be built your way. Pick from seven versions: Base, Big Bend, Heritage Edition, Outer Banks, Badlands, Stroppe Edition, and Raptor. They all share the same guts, i.e., a body-on-frame skeleton and a proper low-range four-wheel-drive (4WD) system. Soft top, hard top, or no top at all; the choice is yours. And the same goes for doors. You can keep all four or go with two.

The Heart of the Bronco

Power is part of the adventure, and you have three ways to unleash it. First up is a turbocharged 2.3-liter in-line four-cylinder engine that makes 300 horsepower. You’ll love how it delivers power on demand. If you need more, a twin-turbo 2.7-liter V6 cranks it up to 300 horses. But if only the wildest will do, a 418-hp 3.0-liter V6, which is exclusive to the Raptor, brings the heat.

Off-Road Goodies

You want your Bronco to be ready for anything, and it comes with the right tools for the job. It’s got 11.6 inches of ground clearance, a seven-speed manual transmission, optional steel bash plates, an easy-to-clean interior, hill-descent control, and more. And if you want to step it up, the Sasquatch package has you covered with big 35s, front and rear lockers, a 4.7 final drive, and a HOSS (High-Performance, Off-Road, Stability, Suspension) 1.0 with Bilstein shocks.

The HOSS System

We mentioned the HOSS system above, but it’s worth a closer look. This system is what keeps the Bronco planted and in control when the trail gets tough. There are four versions of this system, each tuned for different levels of adventure. The most basic version, HOSS 1.0, is standard on the Bronco Base and Outer Banks models. It performs best in high-speed trail running.

HOSS 2.0 upgrades the setup with Bilstein Position-Sensitive dampers and independent front suspension for better control and comfort on rough terrain. HOSS 3.0 toughens things up with a reinforced steering rack, a rear stabilizer bar, and Ford Performance tie rod ends. HOSS 4.0, the top dog of the bunch, is built just for the Raptor. It features 3.1 internal bypass semi-active dampers, remote rear reservoirs, and integrated front reservoirs, delivering serious capability for high-speed off-road action.

Adventure is out there. The 2025 Bronco is waiting. Swing by Mike Fitzpatrick Ford in Newnan, GA, for a test drive.
